Product Realization Services

At Lensel, we pride ourselves on being able to support our customers along every stage of the Product Realization Process. Our multi-disciplinary engineering team consisting of Optical and Mechanical Engineers is able to assist the customer with the design of the opto-mechanical layout of the product. We also have a fully equipped Tool Room, which allows us to make the moulds, jigs, fixtures, tools and dies needed for making economical prototypes as well as bulk supply. Finally by having injection moulding facilities, glass lens making facilities, compression moulding presses, Broad Band AR coating/mirror coating chambers and dust proof and humidity controlled assembly rooms as well as a fully trained and versatile work force all at a single facility, we are able to provide our customers with a complete product designed and manufactured to their requirements. Over the years, with the help of our customers, we have developed a wide range of optical products ranging from imaging glass lens systems, Telephoto lenses, Plastic oculars, Newtonian Telescopes, 40 ft long Periscopes, Underwater vacuum sealed imaging Systems, Night Vision Binocular Optics, etc.
